What is Grief Therapy?
Grief is often painful, and as time goes by it should lessen everyday, but for some people, the emotions can become overwhelming and may continue over time - sometimes for years.
When a person’s grief is impacting their life, holding them back and leaving them unable to cope in the "normal" world - Grief Therapy may be the answer to help them heal. This process is especially helpful for those that have unresolved issues about the loss of a person, pet or situation. Closure is key and needed for them to move on.
This therapy is not for those that have recently lost a loved one. It is normal and healthy to experience the grieving process to heal.
