What happens in the first session?
In your first appointment we'll spend time talking about the reason you have booked in with me, and the outcome you want to achieve.
Paperwork, including confidential forms need to be filled in.
We'll work out whether I'm the right therapist for you (or if I need to refer you on to another specialist) and you can see how you feel about me! It's important you feel safe and supported with me for our professional relationship to work and for you to get the most out of your future time spent in my office or online.
How often do I need to make an appointment?
Sometimes - The initial session is all that's needed for you to sort your mind out and move on with life. If that's the case... that's wonderful! Job done. However, most likely you'll want to book in for more sessions: weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your particular needs.
Do you offer ONLINE Counselling / Life Coaching / Holistic Healing ?
YES! Online Coaching / Counselling is widely practised around the world. If you prefer to stay at home or work (or even in your car) and meet me online for your session - BOOK IN HERE.
What are the Fees?
Counselling: $120 ph (or $100 when booking in 10 sessions).
Couples - $150 per hour ($200 initial session)
NDIS - call Ramona for rates.
Counselling Supervision - $120 per hour (or $100 when booking in 10 sessions).
Life Coaching / Business Mentoring - packages (call to discuss).
When do we pay?

Is it covered by private health funding?
No, that's why I've kept the pricing down. You save by going directly through me.
Do you see NDIS clients?
YES! You can send through an email or call and speak with Ramona directly for info and bookings.
Can I use this service under a medical health plan from my Doctor?
No sorry, you can't. However, you can make an appointment with me directly without needing a referral.
What is the cancellation policy?
Life happens. I understand. Please allow 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will go over the terms and conditions when you first come in. Refunds take around 8 -10 days.
Where are you located?
LEVEL 1 / C5, MAIN STREET , POINT COOK
You'll find us in the Point Cook Town Centre. Our office is within the Target precinct.
The entry (glass doors) to our office is opposite Oporto and next door to Dymocks outside on Main Street.
Please enter where the C5 sign is and go up to level 1. Let the receptionist know you're here.
If it's after hours please take a seat and I will come and meet you.
There is ample free parking underneath and outside near the centre.
